They will be providing rousing information as it relates to the anti-clawback provision that the IRS has put in place. This information is important for our clients because it provides that gifts completed before the reduced unified credit goes into effect (January 1, 2026) will be treated as though they still benefited from the higher credit. There will also be a discussion about a court case or two relevant to how we may help prepare estate tax returns. \n
